Common Facility of LNG plant include: Two Nitrogen Trains, Five Gas Turbines Generators GE Frame 5 x 28MW, Storage and Loading Facility (Two LNG tanks x 100.000 m3), Jetty, Effluent treatment plant, Demin water unit, Boiler House, Instrument Air Unit, Oil Export Terminal (OET), Tanker Loading Unit (TLU). Responsibilities: · Commissioning and start-up of the Common facilities of Sakhalin LNG plant and Oil Export Terminal (OET) · Lead team from 5 supervisors (Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, HVAC, Scaffolding, Insulation), 30 technicians and contractors responsible for executing maintenance tasks and projects for plant reliability improvement · Co-ordinate multi -disciplined maintenance tasks in Utility area and act as the prime interface with operations · Maintain the SAP system to include quality type information. Ensure compliance to SAP guidelines · Control of tasks scheduling: 14 Days Look Ahead Plan (14 DLAP), 90 Days Look Ahead Plan (90 DLAP) · Lead short Shutdowns of different process units and equipment, like Nitrogen unit, Boiler overhaul, Crude oil pumps · Assist to establish annual maintenance budget for the Common Facility area and obtains management approval. Assist to monitor the area budget by establishing reasons for deviation and obtain prior approval · Initiate and develop specific procedures, work instructions, work plans, inspection and testing schedules within the maintenance management system and ensures compliance by subordinates · Implemented preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to perform scheduled outages. · Prepare permits to work for department and manage work of vendors and subcontractors · Establish maintenance spare parts requirements, recommend based on equipment performance; support the procurement of these spare parts and set up spare parts management system in SAP

Commissioning, startup and maintenance of Rotating and Static equipment and subsystems on the Sakhalin LNG plant. Responsibilities: · Commissioning and start-up of the Sakhalin LNG plant · Facilitating and supporting RCA-studies for medium and high-risk incidents (impact more than 1000000 USD) mainly during start up phase. · Actively supporting the reliability concepts of the S-LNG site based on PM strategies and defect elimination. · Establish what are the necessary Maintenance Task to be applied based on the dominant failure mode in the RCM Study. Analyzes and determine the equipment dominant failure during operations. · Establish the Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF), Estimated Time Between Consequences (ETBC) and Estimated Time Between Failure (ETBF) in preparation for the Criticality Analysis. · Simulates results of the Shell RCM software and identify and evaluate results for further improvement on the results. · Carry out yearly multidiscipline Preventative Maintenance (PM) task review, based on lessons learned from incidents and equipment data failure from SAP · Run four Bad Actors process (Gas detectors, Air Fin Coolers design modification, Gas Turbine Generators (Frame 5) outstanding items, Effluent Treatment Plant improvement) · Focal point for Plant performance KPIs, like availability/reliability, integrity KPIs, Start up KPIs, PM task implementation · Create and monitor Reliability Incident Data Base · Establish and run Monthly Reliability Meetings to review Plant performance and continuously improve reliability process at Asset, prepare and present Technical Issue Report for Plant management
