Submitting the RFI (Request for Inspection) to the client inspector. Review the RFI of Request for Inspection and also the attach document paper. And base into the ITP or QCTP for Quality Control Test Plan requirements. Raise RFI for final inspection/acceptance form client representative Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application - Check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirements and international codes - Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities of project specification. - Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work. - Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials meet the requirements of project specification - Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company's Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements. - Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan - Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and hand over to clients review. - Co-ordinate with the paint manufacturer technical representative on daily basis. -Identifying initial condition of steel (rust grades) A,B,C,D as per ISO/SSPC. -Conducting test and qualification of blasters and painters. -Performing salt contamination test before and after blasting. -Monitoring ambient conditions like surface temperature, relative humidity, dew point etc. -Planning of human resources deployment based on works like sizes of compressor hoses and their sizes, types of nozzles, types of abrasives sizes, abrasive quality, paint quality and spray equipment. -Guiding the spray painter for getting correct spray application technique, method and Thickness (DFT and WFT and defect free painted surface). -Using all necessary tools for inspection like profile gauge, testex (press-o-film),whirling hygrometer Steel temp. gauge, WFT, DFT gauge, adhesion tester, holiday detector ( High and Low voltage) -Ensuring that paint to be used as per the client specification and also to ensure that paint mixed thoroughly and applied as per the data sheet

Plans and prepare schedules of blasting and painting activities to ensure that the production target are met on schedule. Disseminates complete information to all foreman, Coordinators and blaster/painters regarding updated work details and work priorities to be undertaken. Delegates manpower required as per area of activities and available resources to ensure that blasting and painting operation are carried out as per the planned. Supervise and lead the crews during surface preparation and painting work to ensure that quality output is completed as scheduled. Directs and inspects work in progress to ensure that working procedures are being followed and the workmanship conforms to specifications. Resolves conflicts between involve parties. Coordinates with quality controls inspectors to ensure optimum interface of the various operational activities with the overall objectives of successful completion of project. Coordinate with paint manufacturers technical representatives for technical advice and recommendations to ensure all painting works are properly executed. Conducting daily safety tool box meeting and prepares working permit. Checks and received daily accomplishment reports, daily inspection request and product turn over sheet.               Monitoring and computes the quality and status of materials being received and used prepares procurement action request of materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts needed. Familiarizes and implements company rules and regulations and safety policies to ensure that all resources are protected and to achieve “zero” accident always. Promotes and implement good housekeeping practice and good personal hygiene to maintain a clean and working environment. Motivates all crews to work responsively and efficiently to achieve organization objectives. Reads, studies and comprehends the project painting specifications and product data sheets of all Paint and Insulation materials to ensure that accurate information is disseminated to all concerned. Prepares blasting and painting works or work procedures and painting repair procedures before the start of every project. Attends production shop department coordination meetings

· Routine inspection of all material (including its certification) to be used for the work · Routine inspection of all preparation works, ambient conditions, coating application and testing · Inspection of all Exotics Pipes’ Coating · Preparation of coating inspection reports · Calibration of measuring and test equipment. · Participate in any training programmes if required. · Provision of daily summary report, weekly report input and monthly report inputs to line manager
